Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and community engagement Build rapport with prospective clients, understand their insurance needs, and present customized solutions Cross-sell and up-sell insurance products to existing clients to maximize their coverage and satisfaction Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining ongoing communication Collaborate with the agency team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the agency

Qualifications:

MUST HAVE

Active General Lines Property and Casualty license. This is a

MUST. MUST

HAVE or

BE WILLING TO OBTAIN

Life, Health, Accident, and HMO license

MUST HAVE

Minimum 2 years of insurance sales experience

MUST HAVE

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

MUST HAVE

Strong self-motivation, drive, and goal-oriented mindset

MUST HAVE

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

MUST BE ABLE TO

Pass a background check
