ABOUT OUR AGENCY

I opened my agency in 1994 and currently lead a team of five. Before joining State Farm, I worked in the lumber sales industry before pursuing the opportunity to own my own business. My wife and I have been married for 35 years, and we're blessed with three children and four grandchildren. Serving the community has always been important to me. I serve as an elder at my church and sit on the boards of the local Salvation Army and the Park Ridge Crisis Pregnancy Center. I believe in giving back and making a positive impact both inside and outside the office. ROLE DESCRIPTION

As an Account Associate for Peter Griffith - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
