Responsibilities Conduct outside sales activities to identify new clients and expand existing customer relationships across various insurance products including health, life, property, and casualty insurance Build strong customer relationships through personalized communication, understanding client needs, and providing expert guidance on insurance options Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements while ensuring compliance with insurance regulations Manage sales administration tasks such as CRM system updates, policy documentation, and benefits administration records Analyze client data and market trends to develop targeted sales strategies that maximize outreach and conversion rates Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, explaining policy details clearly, and assisting clients throughout the benefits enrollment process Stay informed about industry changes, insurance regulation updates, and product knowledge to maintain expertise in health insurance, life insurance, property casualty insurance, and commercial insurance Requirements Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets Excellent negotiation skills combined with effective communication abilities to engage diverse client populations Multilingual or bilingual capabilities preferred to serve a broader client base effectively Familiarity with CRM systems for managing client information and sales pipelines efficiently Knowledge of insurance products including health, life, property casualty, and commercial insurance is highly desirable Strong analysis skills for assessing client needs and market opportunities to tailor solutions accordingly Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook for documentation and correspondence Customer relationship building skills that foster trust and long-term loyalty Understanding of insurance regulation requirements to ensure compliance in all sales activities Experience with telemarketing techniques for outreach campaigns is a plus Exceptional client communication skills combined with a proactive approach to customer service and benefits administration Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm for sales meets your passion for helping others!
