• Permanent, Full-time Overview IMG Insurance is hiring an experienced Personal Lines Producer to help grow our Tomball location, this is an in office position.

This is more than a sales position—we're looking for someone who wants to build something, develop relationships, and grow with us long-term.

What You'll Do:

Handle inbound and walk-in clients Work new and recycled leads (including Ramsey leads) Cross-sell existing clients within our book Develop referral partners and centers of influence Prospect within the local Tomball area Build a strong local presence for

IMG Compensation:

$20

• 25/hour base (based on experience) 30% commission on new business Monthly bonus starting at $40K production Additional bonuses for bundling and cross-selling

Expected Income:

$65,000

• $75,000+

Top Performers:

$85,000

• $95,000+

What We're Looking For:

Active Texas P&C license 2+ years personal lines experience Strong follow-up and sales ability Comfortable quoting multiple carriers Self-motivated and growth-minded Bi-Lingual (Spanish & English)
