Job Description
Overview As a Team Leader, you'll help lead a high-performing team of 12-18 licensed insurance agents supporting RealPage customers. You'll play a key role in creating an exceptional customer experience, coaching team members, improving performance, and partnering with leadership to achieve business goals. This is an opportunity to make a visible impact while developing your leadership skills in a collaborative, fast-paced contact center environment. Responsibilities Lead, coach, and motivate a team of licensed insurance agents. Monitor service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Support agents with complex customer questions, service issues, and escalations. Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and performance guidance. Conduct regular team meetings and coaching sessions. Help identify process improvements and resolve operational challenges. Partner with managers on staffing, scheduling, employee development, and performance management. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to team performance. Collaborate with internal teams, including product management, product development, implementation, and product support. Promote a positive, inclusive, and customer-focused team culture. Serve as a backup resource for phones and other operational needs. Participate in evening or weekend coverage as business needs require. Qualifications Active Property & Casualty Insurance license. At least two years of experience in a call center, contact center, or customer service environment. Previous people-leadership or coaching experience preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills. Ability to accurately document information and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and other business systems. Professional, dependable, accountable, and customer-focused approach. Flexibility to work contact center hours based on business needs. Ability to remain in a seated or standing position for extended periods, with occasional movement as needed.
