This role is a paid training and development position designed to prepare individuals for advanced roles within an agency environment. It goes beyond a traditional sales position by offering a well-rounded introduction to client service, business development, and team support. You'll work closely with an experienced Agent, gaining valuable insight into day-to-day operations and what it takes to contribute to a successful agency. From client acquisition to team collaboration and operational support, you'll build a strong foundation for long-term success. Paid Time Off Salary Range:
