Salary Range:
$20.00 per hour Benefits Hourly Base Salary + Commission Paid Time Off (PTO)
Mon-Fri Schedule Requirements Qualifications:
Previous sales experience and a proven sales track record will be strongly preferred. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to sales. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment. Able to demonstrate strong organizational & time management skills. Comfortable learning new products, systems, and sales processes Proven sales or customer service experience is a plus (experience in the insurance industry preferred). Must have or be willing to obtain relevant state insurance license(s). Must be able to pass a background check. Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM tools.
Days & Work Hours:
Monday - Friday 9 am - 5:30 pm This is a full-time in-person position•
Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established Monthly & Quarterly. Prospect and generate new leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and marketing efforts. Conduct needs-based consultations and recommend appropriate insurance policies (life, health, property, etc.). Provide personalized consultations and build long-term relationships with clients via follow-ups and customer service. Grow and maintain a client portfolio through excellent customer service and follow-ups. Stay up to date on industry trends, products, and compliance requirements.
