Salary Range:

$45,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission Paid Time Off (PTO) Mon-Fri Schedule Requirements Be willing to obtain a Texas Property and Casualty License and retain the license by meeting the continuing education requirements Insurance experience is not required. Must be willing to learn and be coachable. 1+ years of prior sales experience Ability to multitask and be adaptable to changing priorities, deadlines, and technology. Get along with other employees and be a team player Ability to work independently, be a self-starter with the motivation to reach and exceed goals Responsibilities Provide exemplary service and educate & advise clients on their policies Prospect for new business from referrals, networking, warm leads, and other lead sources. Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
