Property & Casualty Insurance Sales Representatives 📍 Onsite | Omaha, NE or San Antonio, TX 💼 Contract-to-Hire | Starting June 15th, 2026 💰 $24.52/hr + Uncapped Monthly Commission Incentives About the Role We are hiring Property & Casualty Insurance Sales Representatives to support a large, well-established insurance organization. This is an excellent opportunity for licensed insurance professionals who are customer-focused, sales-driven, and eager to grow within a collaborative team environment. In this role, you will handle inbound sales opportunities, support customers with insurance solutions, and deliver industry-leading service standards. What You'll Do Meet and maintain individual sales goals while providing exceptional customer service Respond promptly to inbound leads, including website applications and incoming calls Educate customers on property and casualty insurance products Accurately document customer interactions using internal systems Multitask effectively in a fast-paced, call-driven environment Collaborate closely with teammates to support overall team success Required Qualifications Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license (General Lines or Commercial Lines) Associate's degree required Prior experience in insurance, sales, or customer service Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Comfort working with inbound calls and using Microsoft Office tools Dependable, team-oriented, and highly organized Great opportunity to grow with a stable insurance team and convert to full-time! Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.52 - $24.52/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
