I opened my agency in 2019 after a 26-year career in law enforcement, bringing with me a deep commitment to service, integrity, and community protection. I hold a bachelor's degree from Midwestern State University and a master's degree from Sam Houston State University, and I'm a husband and father of two sons. Outside the office, I love fishing and staying active in the community through several organizations. I'm a member of the Sugar Land Exchange Club, Vice President of Fort Bend Crime Stoppers, an officer with the Sugar Land Masonic Lodge 1141, and a board member of Behind the Badge Charities. Our team now includes six talented members, and together we've grown into one of the top 10% producing agencies in the area. Our office is family-oriented, connected, and known for building strong relationships with one another and with our customers. Responsibilities:

Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information. Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines. Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities. Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community. Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.

Qualifications:

Effective written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred. Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
