Duties Engage in inside/outside sales leads from different sources and referrals. Conduct thorough Risk Management analysis to understand clients' insurance requirements and educate business owners of potential exposures. Negotiate terms and coverage options to secure mutually beneficial agreements that meet client needs while aligning with company goals. Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, maintaining accurate records, and following up on leads. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new customers and retain existing clients. Skills Proven experience in inside/outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively while maintaining positive customer relationships. Excellent communication skills, working with underwriters and carriers within small to mid-markets.

Pay:

$70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
