Responsibilities:
Take payments and make changes to insurance policies Quote P&C prospects from lists, leads, winbacks, etc. Cross sale current customers for opportunities Expected to write 20 items per month Troubleshoot and answer billing questions Ability to make and receive Many calls daily Help customers enter claims and answer questions about claims Provide insurance reviews and exceptional customer serviceRequirements:
Dependable and professional Able to work 8am-5pm (one hour lunch and two 15 minute breaks) Courteous, Passionate, Polite, and Positive Ability to work in a fast paced environment that necessitates multitasking Coachable, flexible, and thoughtful P&C License required to startJob Type:
