Licensed Insurance Sales Representative Wichita Falls, TX 76309 Full-time Full-time Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative, based in Wichita Falls, TX. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining client relationships, assisting customers with personal insurance needs, and efficiently selling auto, property, and specialty insurance products such as motorcycles, boats, and more. The representative will also manage insurance inquiries, provide high-quality customer service, and ensure all regulatory and licensing requirements are consistently met. Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience in Insurance Sales and general Sales practices Experience in Customer Service with excellent interpersonal and communication skills Knowledge of Insurance, particularly in personal insurance lines (e.g., auto, property, specialty) Familiarity with insurance quoting tools such as turborater and ezlynx and the ability to compare rates effectively Current and active Texas insurance license is required Proficiency in building and maintaining customer relationships Motivation to achieve sales targets and deliver top-notch client satisfaction Experience in the insurance industry or related field for two year Spanish speaking a plus
