We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team at The Hive in Sandy, UT. This role is ideal for an insurance professional who thrives on building client relationships, managing commercial accounts, and delivering exceptional service within a collaborative agency environment. As a key member of our Commercial Lines team , you'll work closely with producers and clients to manage policies, support renewals, and ensure businesses have the right coverage to protect their operations. What You'll Do Manage and service a portfolio of Commercial Lines insurance accounts , including renewals, endorsements, and policy changes. Build strong relationships with clients, producers, and insurance carriers to ensure excellent customer service and account retention. Coordinate policy renewals, remarketing efforts, and coverage reviews to ensure clients maintain appropriate protection. Process certificates of insurance, endorsements, and documentation in the agency management system . Collaborate with producers to identify cross-sell opportunities and account growth strategies . What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in Commercial Lines insurance account management or client service . Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License (or ability to obtain). Strong knowledge of commercial insurance coverages including general liability, property, business auto, and workers' compensation. Experience working in an independent insurance agency or insurance brokerage preferred. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
