Role Description The Qualifying Insurance Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Lehi, UT. This position is responsible for engaging inbound and outbound prospects, asking structured qualifying questions, and confirming their eligibility and intent for insurance products before connecting them with licensed agents. The representative will accurately document interactions in internal systems, follow compliance guidelines, and use scripts and call frameworks to ensure high-quality, consistent client experiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing call queues, meeting performance metrics for contact and qualification rates, collaborating with team members and supervisors to optimize lead quality, and providing clear, professional communication to potential clients.
