This is a W2 inside sales role with inbound warm leads only — no cold calling, no door knocking, and no prospecting required. If you're already licensed and want a stable environment with consistent leads, strong earnings potential, and ongoing support, this is the opportunity for you. What You'll Do Take inbound calls from warm, interested prospects Educate clients on hospital indemnity plans and supplemental coverage Follow a proven and compliant sales process Build trust and recommend appropriate coverage options Document client interactions in our CRM Work toward performance goals with leadership support What We Offer W2 employment (not 1099) $40,000 base salary + uncapped commission Average earnings: $60,000
