Salary Range:
$220,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Flexible Schedule Life Insurance Health Insurance Disability Insurance Mon-Fri Schedule Hands on Training Parental Leave Career Growth Opportunities Retirement Plan Requirements Virginia Property & Casualty insurance license. Virginia Life & Health insurance license. Previous experience managing a diverse book of business or sales territory. Strong command of insurance carrier quoting software and agency management systems. Demonstrated ability to explain complex policy details in plain language. Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding performance benchmarks. Excellent organizational habits for tracking leads and renewal cycles. Responsibilities Consult with new and existing clients to evaluate their coverage needs across home, auto, life, and business lines. Draft and present competitive insurance proposals tailored to the specific risks of each client. Maintain an active dialogue with policyholders to ensure their protection evolves alongside their life changes. Address coverage inquiries with patience and accuracy to resolve concerns quickly. Identify gaps in existing coverage and suggest meaningful additions that protect what matters most to our clients. Coordinate with our underwriting partners to ensure timely processing and binding of new policies. Participate in local community gatherings and networking events to represent The Atlantic District with pride.
