Negotiate terms with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining compliance with industry regulations. Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating client records, and following up on leads. Utilize marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones through personalized communication and service. Provide exceptional customer service by explaining policy details clearly, answering questions, and resolving concerns promptly. Collaborate with team members on benefits administration and compliance requirements, including HIPAA regulations where applicable. Experience Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a focus on customer engagement. Strong negotiation skills paired with excellent communication abilities to articulate complex information effectively. Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client populations. Familiarity with sales administration tools and analysis skills to track performance metrics and identify growth opportunities. Previous experience in insurance sales or telemarketing is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is key. Demonstrated ability to handle customer inquiries professionally while maintaining a positive attitude in fast-paced settings.
