Our Omak office is home to a dedicated, collaborative team and is part of our broader network of 20+ professionals across the region. We are looking for a driven, career-minded individual to join us in a hybrid Administrator/Agent role. This full-time position blends essential administrative office operations with rewarding client advisory duties. Key Responsibilities Administrative Operations:
Manage client reception (in-person and phone), schedule appointments, maintain the reception area, and handle data entry, filing, and Google Workspace.
Client Advising:
Conduct one-on-one appointments to educate clients on Medicare and related insurance options.
Enrollment & Support:
Guide clients through plan selection, complete enrollment documentation, and provide dedicated, ongoing support.
Compliance:
Maintain precise, accurate records and strictly adhere to industry compliance standards.
Qualifications Experience:
Customer service, prior administrative, or front-desk experience is preferred.
Communication:
Professional, friendly demeanor and comfortable in client-facing environments.
Skills:
Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Teamwork:
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Language:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
Position Details & Benefits Hours:
Full-time - 30-40 hours per week, depending on season.
