As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and selling insurance policies to clients.

Your duties will include:

Communicating with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide appropriate coverage options Analyzing client information and recommending suitable insurance policies. Assisting clients in completing insurance applications and processing policy changes Providing accurate and timely quotes to clients Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction. Skills To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills: Fluent in Vietnamese and English or Chinese and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions Exceptional customer service skills to provide personalized assistance to clients Proficient in sales administration, including processing applications, policy changes, and claims Bilingual proficiency in HIPAA regulations to ensure compliance when handling sensitive client information Effective negotiation skills to secure competitive rates for clients Ability to market insurance products effectively to attract new clients Experience in outside sales is preferred but not required If you are a dedicated Insurance Agent with a passion for helping others and a drive for success, we would love to hear from you.
