Salary Range:
$50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Ability to Work Remote once Fully Trained Uncapped Commission Paid Holidays Paid Time Off (PTO) Supplemental Insurance Mon-Fri Schedule Retirement Plan Career Growth Opportunities Hands on Training Requirements Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up. Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills. A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train good individual. Bilingual, fluent in both English and Chinese(Mandarin) is beneficial. Responsibilities Meet new business production goals and objectives as established. Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources. Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales. Provide exceptional customer service. Be outstanding at relationship building.
