Compensation Expected Annual Earnings:

Salary Range:

$75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Retirement Plan Requirements Licensed P&C professionals preferred , but we will train motivated candidates who are eager to learn and grow. Must obtain license prior to starting, if you don't hold a valid P&C license currently Strong integrity and a solid work ethic - must provide references. Proven sales success (1+ years in commission-based sales or a related field). Excellent communication skills (written & verbal). Motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented individuals. Responsibilities Make 100-150 outbound calls daily to follow up on leads and generate new business. Develop quotes, present insurance solutions, and close sales. Conduct needs-based policy reviews to ensure clients have the right coverage. Educate clients on how our insurance products protect their assets and loved ones.
