Duties Engage with potential clients through outside sales efforts, including telemarketing and community outreach, to introduce insurance products and services Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend suitable insurance policies that align with client goals and circumstances Negotiate policy terms and coverage options to ensure mutual satisfaction and optimal protection for clients Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating client records, and maintaining accurate documentation Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new customers and retain existing ones Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining policy details clearly, and assisting with claims or benefits administration Maintain compliance with industry regulations such as HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) to protect client information Requirements Property and Casualty License is required Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages; bilingual proficiency is required Familiarity with insurance sales processes, customer service principles, and sales administration tools Analytical skills to assess client needs accurately and recommend appropriate solutions Knowledge of marketing strategies relevant to insurance products and benefits administration Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment Embark on a rewarding career path where your sales talent and passion for helping others will thrive!
