We are currently seeking a Licensed Agency Consultant to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering top-tier insurance products and services. This is an inside-sales office position with a strong focus on customer retention and service. Applicants with an active property and casualty insurance license start with a $22 base hourly rate plus 3-10% commission on written premiums per the pay plan terms. Average annual total compensation is $55,000 with increased potential based on productivity/number of sold products. Candidates without a P&C license will start at a $18.00 hourly rate until licensed.

Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements. Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems. Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty. Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals. Handle customer renewals.
