Job Description

Position Summary The Assistant Account Manager is an entry-level, training-focused role designed to support the Commercial Lines team. This position provides hands-on experience and development opportunities, with a typical progression toward an Account Manager or Internal Service Center role. Essential Responsibilities Support Account Managers with daily service and administrative tasks Process basic Certificates of Insurance Submit simple policy changes and process endorsements Assist with limited customer service inquiries Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in the agency system Shadow team members to build knowledge and skills Complete scanning, documentation, and clean-up projects Review renewal spreadsheets and assist with documentation processing Manage incoming and outgoing mail and related materials Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned Primarily non-client-facing responsibilities while in training Learn and navigate the Agency Management System (AMS) Qualifications High school diploma or GED Skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Effective written and verbal communication Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented with a positive, "can-do" attitude Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth Work Environment & Expectations Collaborative team environment Regular interaction with clients, carriers, and internal teams Ability to manage deadlines and service expectations Occasional variation in workload depending on renewal cycles Join Ansay & Associates At Ansay & Associates, we don't just provide insurance—we build lasting relationships and deliver service that exceeds expectations.
