- State Farm is looking for a motivated and personable Insurance Account Representative to join our team in Hayward, Wisconsin.
- 20/hour Monthly performance bonuses Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule No weekends No prior insurance experience required Training and ongoing mentorship Support with required insurance licensing Professional office environment Opportunities for advancement and increased earning potential Opportunity to build a long-term career with a local State Farm agency What You'll Do As an Insurance Account Representative, you'll help customers understand their insurance options and help protect the things that matter most to them.
Your responsibilities will include:
Build and maintain relationships with customers and members of the local community Help customers understand their insurance options Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service Answer questions and help solve customer problems Assist customers with their auto, home, and other insurance needs Follow up with customers and prospective customers Identify opportunities to help customers with their insurance needs Learn insurance products, processes, and regulations Work with an experienced team and receive ongoing coaching and mentorship Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you are: Friendly and comfortable talking with people A strong communicator Dependable and professional Motivated and goal-oriented A quick learner Customer-focused Comfortable using computers and learning new technology Interested in building a long-term career Insurance Licensing You do not need to already have an insurance license to apply. We'll provide training and support to help you prepare for the required licensing. Licensing costs are paid after six months of continued employment. Compensation & Growth Starting pay: $18- 20/hour + monthly performance bonuses As you develop your insurance knowledge, customer relationships, and sales skills, there are opportunities to increase your responsibilities and overall earning potential.
