We are seeking an experienced and driven Commercial Lines Manager to join our growing team. Job Description:
Manage a portfolio of key Commercial Lines clients while ensuring exceptional service and client retention. Oversee departmental operations, workflows, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and performance. Partner with agency leadership to drive growth initiatives, achieve business objectives, and strengthen carrier relationships. Lead, mentor, and develop team members through training, performance management, and recruitment efforts. Monitor departmental results, analyze performance metrics, and foster a collaborative, client-focused work environment.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Commercial Lines insurance. An active
MA P & C
License. Proficiency with Applied Epic (strongly preferred). Self-motivation and a strong sense of accountability. Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills. The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Outstanding problem-solving and customer service abilities. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
