ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To perform this job successfully, individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. Review forms and documents for accuracy and completion and obtain missing information as necessary. Collaborate with Underwriters in the renewal and new business activities that support marketing and underwriting decisions. Identify and gather relevant account information for new and renewal policy activities. Scheduling inspections and monitoring for compliance with recommendations. Manage account documentation. Provide administrative support and other related services as needed. Knowledge, skills, and/or abilities: Highly self-motivated, detail oriented and able to work effectively in an early stage, high growth environment. Excellent digital literacy strongly preferred.
Education and/or experience:
One to five years insurance experience preferred. Prior experience in the hospitality industry a plus but not vital Commercial property & casualty experience helpful but not required. Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, preferably in Risk Management Certificates, licenses, registration: Georgia P&C license

The base salary range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives. NFP and You... Better Together!
