Oak Brook, IL Midwest Regional Team Leader:
Direct and lead underwriting team in marketing and underwriting matters within the Midwest region; Review and approve audits, inspections, endorsements, cancellations/reinstatements, and other items within timeframes necessary for team to meet established service standards; Implement the Department Plan in the selection and pricing of new and renewal risks; Implement, monitor, and adjust a detailed marketing plan; Develop underwriting team by establishing, monitoring, and adjusting an annual Individual Department Plan for each underwriter managed.
Req:
Bach or foreign equivalent in Business Admin, Marketing, Finance or related field plus 5 yrs of exp. w/ underwriting and rating, and leading projects and teams in insurance sales & brokerage relationships. 20% domestic travel,
Salary:
$127,234.
