Role Summary:
This is an opportunity for an account manager/producer with a consultative sales approach and experience working with high-net-worth clientele across personal lines and commercial insurance. You'll have access to an elite portfolio of carriers and the tools needed to grow a profitable book of business while delivering white-glove client service. Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a robust pipeline of affluent personal lines and commercial insurance prospects through proactive outreach, referrals, and relationship-building.
  • Cultivate trusted relationships with centers of influence, including wealth managers, attorneys, realtors, business advisors, and other professional referral partners.
  • Assess client needs and design comprehensive personal risk management and commercial insurance programs using industry-leading carriers and tailored coverage solutions.
  • Advise clients on coverage options across high-value homes, personal excess liability, valuable articles, commercial property, general liability, business auto, workers' compensation, and other specialized risks.
  • Partner closely with internal service, underwriting, and quoting teams to deliver a seamless client experience from prospecting through placement, renewal, and ongoing support.
  • Represent the agency with professionalism, responsiveness, and a consultative approach that reflects the expectations of high-net-worth individuals, families, business owners, and organizations. Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines and/or commercial insurance, preferably serving affluent or high-net-worth clients.
  • Active Property & Casualty insurance license required; North Carolina license required and multi-state licensing preferred.
  • Strong understanding of coverage nuances, underwriting considerations, and the service expectations of high-net-worth clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal, consultative, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust with clients and referral partners.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to build, manage, and grow a long-term book of business.
