Responsibilities Evaluate loan requests Ensure credit quality Support disciplined portfolio growth Partner closely with originations, portfolio management, legal, and closing teams Deliver accurate, timely, and well-structured credit decisions Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 3-5 years in real estate finance, with focus on multifamily credit underwriting Required Skills Strong experience underwriting bridge loans, value-add transactions, and transitional assets preferred Solid understanding of multifamily valuation methods, loan structures, and credit risk assessment Advanced financial modeling and analytical capabilities
