We are hiring one exceptional, well connected professional in each region to lead that expansion. This is a part time role created for someone who wants to generate meaningful, flexible income from relationships they have already built, without beginning a second full time career. Who We're Looking For You have spent your career building genuine relationships with business owners, bankers and decision makers, perhaps as a commercial lender, executive, commercial real estate professional, consultant, payroll sales leader, business owner or civic leader. You know which businesses are expanding, which owners may be underserved and who would benefit from a stronger insurance relationship because people trust you enough to tell you. You are not looking for another full time job. You are looking for a credible way to put your experience, relationships and standing in the community to work. The Opportunity As a Regional Commercial Growth Advisor, you will represent Dunn Insurance Partners in your market and open doors to commercial insurance opportunities. You bring the relationship and make the introduction. Our expert Houston team takes it from there, handling risk analysis, carrier submissions, quoting, negotiation, placement and closing. You remain involved as the relationship owner and trusted local contact, while our Houston team handles the technical insurance work and every carrier interaction. What You'll Do Identify commercial insurance opportunities through your existing network of business owners and decision makers. Develop referral relationships with bankers, attorneys, accountants, commercial real estate professionals and other centers of influence in your market. Represent Dunn Insurance Partners at local business, civic and professional events. Make credible, warm introductions to our commercial team in Houston. Remain engaged throughout the sales process as the relationship owner and trusted local contact. Help establish Dunn Insurance Partners as a recognized commercial insurance resource within your region. What We Provide Employment with Dunn Insurance Partners, including support and payment toward obtaining your Texas General Lines Property & Casualty license. A dedicated team in Houston responsible for risk analysis, quoting, carrier negotiation, placement, binding and client service. Reimbursement of approved market development expenses, including mileage, client meetings, professional association memberships and local networking events. The technology, carrier relationships, technical expertise and operational infrastructure to support every opportunity you originate. A monthly base payment plus uncapped commission on commercial business you originate that is successfully placed. Direct access to agency leadership and support pursuing larger or more complex commercial opportunities. What You Bring An established commercial network within your market, developed over years of professional and community involvement. Relationships and credibility. You are not expected to transfer an existing insurance book. The judgment, professionalism and local standing to represent Dunn Insurance Partners effectively. The confidence to recognize opportunities, make introductions and move relationships forward. A Texas General Lines Property & Casualty license or the willingness to obtain one with our support. An independent approach and the discipline to follow through on the opportunities you create.
