Job Summary
PATHWAVE LLC
is looking for a Financial Services Associate (Training Provided). Whether you want a career change or a powerful side hustle for extra income, our model accommodates both Full-Time career seekers and Part-Time transitioning professionals looking to build a business around their current schedule. In partnership with premier platforms like PHP Agency and Integrity Marketing Group, we combine financial consulting with world-class entrepreneurship and mentorship models. Responsibilities Conducting client consultations via phone or video. Analyzing financial information to present tailored insurance concepts. Following up with clients to support long-term partnerships. Participating in team training and professional workshops. Qualifications Foundational knowledge or strong interest in Finance. Highly motivated to obtain a state Life Insurance License (we assist with pre-licensing). Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage a remote workload independently. Must be 18+ and able to pass a standard background check. Experience in sales or customer service is helpful but not required.

Expected Compensation:
100% commission-based 1099 role with uncapped potential. Average 1st-year agents earn $45k-$95k+ in commissions, overrides, and bonuses based on production.
