Performance-Based / Commission About the Opportunity We are looking for motivated, coachable individuals interested in building a career in the life insurance and financial services industry. No previous insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, and ongoing coaching are provided to help you develop the knowledge and skills needed to get started. This opportunity may be a good fit for individuals who are self-motivated, comfortable working with people, and interested in developing skills in insurance, sales, communication, leadership, and business development. What You'll Do Educate individuals and families about life insurance and financial protection options. Learn how to identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Build and maintain professional client relationships. Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team development. Set and work toward individual production, income, and professional development goals. Develop sales, communication, leadership, and business-building skills. Manage a flexible schedule around your personal responsibilities. Work toward additional responsibilities and advancement opportunities based on performance. What We're Looking For Must be at least 18 years old. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Motivated, dependable, and willing to learn. Coachable and open to professional development. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable speaking with individuals from different backgrounds. Able to work independently while also contributing to a team environment. Interested in developing long-term professional, business, and financial skills. Licensing Requirements A state insurance license is required before conducting insurance business. Candidates who are not currently licensed must be willing to complete the required state licensing process.
