Job Description
Who We Want... Hard-working, self-motivated, outgoing, networking-minded, love to sell (thrill of the chase), high acheiver, goal setting, goal meeting, high expectation meeter. Licensed in Property and Casualty as well as Life Insurance. Responsibilities
- Negotiate and close deals with prospects
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide guidance on insurance products and policies
- Network and bring business into the agency
- Build referral network of individuals and business owners
- Recognize sales opportunities within our existing clientele
- Actively sell life insurance to fit the client/prospect needs
- Manage a pipeline of leads both personal and internet leads Qualifications
- Be Awesome, Not Average
- Positive Attitude (no energy drains and no drama)
- Insurance Licensed in CO (Property & Casualty, Life)
