Job Duties:
Reviews applications and prepares coverage quotes within established timelines. Provides quotes to clients and follows up on required documentation for binding coverage. Coordinates with carriers and brokers to obtain, review, and approve quotes. Responds to client inquiries professionally and in a timely manner. Assists with renewal documentation and carrier/broker submissions Effectively works in a fast-paced office and call center environment. Interacts professionally with clients, coworkers, carriers, and brokers Meets productivity goals and assigned deadlines.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED). 1-2 years of experience preferred, but not required. P&C License Required, Gilsbar will pay for certification and testing for the ideal candidate. General knowledge of Microsoft Office. Ability to adhere to a work schedule and work independently in a remote/hybrid setting. Proficient verbal and non-verbal communication skills; able to read and interpret documents and produce correspondences.
