New York, NY 10019 (Onsite Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM)

Contract About the Role Seeking a Digital Funds Program Manager to support and manage fund-related updates across global marketing websites. This role is responsible for ensuring investment fund information is accurate, compliant, and published on time. The position partners closely with Marketing, Fund Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Technology teams to coordinate fund launches, mergers, liquidations, disclosures, and website updates. Key Responsibilities Manage fund lifecycle events across multiple regional websites. Coordinate website releases and updates with Engineering teams. Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met before publication. Review and resolve website content issues, data discrepancies, and stakeholder requests. Maintain fund page standards, documentation, and operational procedures. Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and workflow efficiencies. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate fund information. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in Asset Management, Investment Management, Financial Services, or related industries. Knowledge of mutual funds, ETFs, closed-end funds, and fund lifecycle events. Strong project management and operational skills. Experience working with Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Technology teams. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities. Experience improving processes and managing multiple priorities. Bachelor's degree required.
