Job Description
Seeking a mid-level associate with 3-5 years of experience in private investment fund formation and related matters, ideally at a large law firm or in-house. The role involves advising fund sponsors on drafting and negotiating core fund documents, including placement memoranda, partnership agreements, subscription agreements and side letters, and ideal candidates will have a working knowledge of fund terms and issues impacting private investment fund sponsors and investors, as well as relevant securities rules and regulations.
