We are looking for a 401K administrator in the New Orleans area!

Plan Management :

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the 401(k) plan, ensuring it complies with IRS and Department of Labor regulations. This includes managing enrollments, contributions, and distributions guideline.com+1.

Fiduciary Duties :

Act as a fiduciary, which involves making decisions in the best interest of plan participants and ensuring that all plan functions adhere to the guidelines set forth in the plan documents Finance Strategists+1.

Compliance Monitoring :

Conduct annual compliance testing, such as the Actual Deferral Percentage (ADP) and Actual Contribution Percentage (ACP) tests, to ensure that the plan does not disproportionately benefit highly compensated employees Finance Strategists+1.

Participant Support :

Address inquiries and concerns from plan participants, providing detailed information about plan features, benefits, and procedures CLIMB+1.

Documentation and Reporting :

Ensure timely filing of required regulatory reports, such as Form 5500, and manage the distribution of participant notices CLIMB+1. Coordination with

Investment Managers :

Work with investment managers to monitor the performance of investment options and make necessary adjustments to align with the plan's investment policy statement CLIMB.

Audit Facilitation :
