Pay or shift range: $70,305 USD to $98,000 USD The base salary ultimately offered is determined through a review of education, industry experience, training, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant in alignment with market data and other factors.

- The Associate will support the Fund Finance team in originating, underwriting, structuring, closing, and monitoring credit facilities for private capital clients, including venture capital, growth equity, private equity, private credit, and other investment fund managers.
HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
- + Support the underwriting and structuring of fund finance credit facilities, including capital call/subscription lines, GP and management company lines, and other fund-level lending products.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- + 3-4 years' experience in investment banking, structured lending required.
