is seeking an experienced, high-energy Fleet & Asset Manager to lead our heavy equipment, truck, and shop operations. Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of mechanics, welders, drivers, and shop personnel Oversee fleet maintenance, repairs, inspections, and compliance Maximize equipment uptime, availability, and utilization Manage purchasing, vendor relationships, and cost control Support operations by ensuring the right equipment is available at the right time Develop preventative maintenance programs and performance metrics Partner daily with Operations Managers and project teams to keep projects moving safely and efficiently Skills 8+ years of leadership experience in fleet management, equipment management, maintenance operations, construction, demolition, heavy civil, mining, transportation, aggregates, or a related industry Strong leadership and team-building skills Experience managing heavy equipment and truck fleets Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities Proven experience with budgeting, purchasing, and vendor negotiations A proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards applicable to transportation and fleet operations.
