Job Description

Asset Manager - Solar, Storage & Wind Location Austin, Texas Contract Type Permanent Key Responsibilities Partner with operations teams and external providers to maximize asset performance and proactively resolve technical, warranty, environmental, and regulatory issues while protecting safety, compliance, and returns Serve as the owner's representative: manage compliance with PPAs, leases, interconnection, O&M, EPC, and financing agreements and lead resolution of commercial disputes Own project-level P&L performance, including budgeting, variance analysis, OPEX and receivables management, cash-flow waterfalls, equity distributions, and debt service Prepare and present monthly reports for internal leadership, investors, and offtakers Coordinate with markets and trading teams to optimize revenues, execute value-creation initiatives, and support strategic transactions Develop deep expertise in electricity, REC, and capacity markets and serve as the internal subject-matter expert
Requirements Required:
Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of renewables asset management experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience) Working knowledge of utility-scale renewable projects, including commercial and technical considerations during operations Experience managing commercial contracts and owner-side obligations across operating assets Based in
Austin, Texas Preferred:
Experience coordinating across functions in a global organization and managing assets with complex contractual and financing structures Strong skills in performance reporting, OPEX management, receivables oversight, and advanced Excel Direct experience with external stakeholders Familiarity with U.S. renewable market structures, regulations, and incentive programs Comfortable operating with limited day-to-day direction in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Benefits Annual bonus scheme Clear career growth opportunities Enviable training and development program The chance to work for a true global energy leader
