Now Hiring - Fleet Operations & Asset Manager Rickman Transport is a 100% Employee-Owned (ESOP) transportation company serving the Permian Basin. Our business is built around a predominantly owner-operator fleet supported by one of the region's largest privately owned trailer fleets. If you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, protecting valuable equipment, and helping drivers succeed, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for. We're not looking for someone to simply manage repairs. We're looking for someone to help lead one of the most important parts of our business—our equipment, our owner operators, and the systems that keep both productive. What You'll Do
  • Manage company trailer assets and trailer leasing operations.
  • Support and qualify owner-operator equipment before onboarding.
  • Lead safety initiatives, investigations, and compliance efforts.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the Shop Foreman and maintenance staff.
  • Coordinate maintenance through internal staff and outside vendors.
  • Build strong relationships with owner operators, customers, and vendors.
  • Improve systems that increase equipment reliability and operational efficiency. What We're Looking For
  • Transportation, fleet, equipment, or asset management experience.
  • Leadership mindset with strong communication skills.
  • Knowledge of
DOT/FMCSA
regulations.
  • Mechanical aptitude; oilfield transportation experience preferred. Why Rickman?

Pay:
$85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
