Job Description
The ALM Manager supports the direction and management of the organization's treasury function, including Interest Rate Risk modeling, liquidity management, banking relationships, credit, investments, financial risk management, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. This role helps develop functional strategies, objectives, budgets, policies, and procedures that support the organization's financial infrastructure and long-term business needs. Responsible for the Asset & Liability Model (ALM) including all assumptions and testing, scenario planning, reporting and report design, and quality control. Oversee daily cash function, liquidity planning and reporting Assist with execution and management of investment portfolio, including mortgage-backed securities, collateralized mortgage obligations, agency debentures, corporate bonds and Treasuries. Prepares, reviews and presents Treasury Reports Oversee the Public Fund Funding Area, including pricing of deposits and bids, pledging and reporting. Manages the municipal loan function including pricing loans, ongoing monitoring of the municipal loan portfolio and reporting. Assist with the development of and pricing of deposit pricing strategies, rates and deposit reporting
