We are seeking an experienced Fleet & Asset Manager to oversee our fleet operations, vehicle compliance, maintenance programs, GPS systems, and company asset accountability across multiple divisions and locations. This is a leadership position that plays a critical role in supporting field operations by ensuring vehicles and fleet assets remain safe, compliant, reliable, and operational at all times. Position Summary The Fleet & Asset Manager is responsible for managing all company vehicles and fleet assets throughout Robinson Group Services. This position oversees vehicle acquisitions, maintenance programs, GPS tracking systems, compliance requirements, fleet reporting, and asset accountability while driving efficiency and controlling operating costs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Fleet Management Manage company fleet operations across multiple locations and divisions. Maintain complete accountability for all company vehicles and fleet assets. Ensure vehicles remain properly assigned, tracked, and documented. Monitor fleet utilization and operational performance. GPS & Asset Tracking Manage GPS tracking systems across all company vehicles. Perform weekly fleet and tracker audits. Troubleshoot tracking issues and coordinate repairs. Maintain accurate vehicle and asset records. Maintenance & Compliance Oversee preventative maintenance schedules. Coordinate repairs, inspections, and service vendors. Ensure compliance with registration, insurance, licensing, and company policies. Minimize vehicle downtime through proactive planning. Vehicle Purchasing & Asset Management Assist in sourcing and evaluating vehicle purchases. Coordinate inspections, onboarding, GPS installation, registration, and deployment. Manage vehicle replacement planning and asset lifecycle management. Reporting & Accountability Maintain fleet performance metrics and reporting. Track maintenance expenses, downtime, utilization, and compliance. Provide regular updates and recommendations to leadership. Qualifications Required 3+ years of fleet management, asset management, operations, logistics, or related experience. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Preferred Experience with GPS fleet tracking systems. Mechanical knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair. Experience in restoration, construction, electrical, transportation, or service industries. Fleet compliance and safety program experience.
