We're looking for an Escrow Assistant to support our Anchorage escrow team and help keep real estate transactions moving smoothly from opening to closing. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced office, client interaction, problem-solving, and being part of a team that plays a key role in the real estate process. What You'll Do You'll provide administrative and transaction support to Escrow Officers, helping prepare files, gather information, coordinate documents, communicate with clients and partners, and support timely, accurate closings. You'll also: Open and maintain escrow files Assist with document preparation and file organization Communicate with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and internal teams Collect, review, and track required documents and information Help coordinate signing appointments and closing timelines Assist with title, lender, and escrow requirements Support funding, recording, and post-closing activities Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures Provide friendly, professional service to clients and partners Help the team stay organized, responsive, and deadline-focused What You'll Bring High school diploma or equivalent Previous escrow, title, mortgage, real estate, banking, administrative, or customer service experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and follow-up skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Professional, client-focused approach Comfort working with confidential information Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems Team-oriented mindset and willingness to jump in where needed Why Join Us?
