Draft correspondences and other formal documents Greet and assist onsite guests Answer inbound telephone calls Assist guests with applications Draft loan documents Assist in loan closing Develop and implement organized filing systems Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

Previous office experience Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail ​Strong organizational skills Experience Previous experience in loan processing or related roles within the banking or financial services industry is preferred. Familiarity with underwriting processes and mortgage servicing is highly desirable. Understanding of credit analysis principles and practices is essential. Experience with loan origination systems and software is a plus. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are critical for success in this role.
