Compensation:
$41,600 - $59,000
Responsibilities:
Make sure to review all paperwork including title commitments, purchase and sale agreements, and lender instructions to prepare for closing Ensure all terms and conditions of the purchase agreement are being completed timely and accurately Finish administrative tasks such as reporting and ensure funds are disbursed accurately Interact and coordinate with industry contacts such as realtors, loan officers, underwriters, brokers, buyers, and sellers Create and deliver closing settlement packages to agents, buyers, sellers, brokers, and lenders
Qualifications:
High school diploma required — work experience or college degree preferred Strong written and verbal communications skills are a must Experienced with software using escrow / title functions Solid knowledge of title insurance, regulatory guidelines, the escrow process, legal documents, and real estate property law Possess a strong understanding of title commitments, mortgage loans, title insurance, and real estate contracts About Company At our title company, we do commercial and residential closings.
