Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Escrow Assistant to join our team. As an Escrow Assistant, you will be asked to perform clerical, administrative, and accounting functions to support continuity of normal workflow in a multi-faceted environment. Excellent people skills and a cheerful outlook are essential. This position requires a strong understanding of financial services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities Enter title insurance and escrow closing orders into software system. Assist escrow officers in preparing and processing escrow documents for real estate transactions. Coordinate with lenders, agents, and clients to gather necessary information and documentation. Follow workflow instructions and make supervisor aware of deviations. Maintain accurate records of transactions and manage the flow of paperwork. Communicate effectively with all parties involved to provide updates on transaction status. Help with inbound calls and other general clerical work. Requirements Familiarity with escrow processes and financial services is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficient in basic math. Ability to understand contracts and legal documents related to real estate transactions. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in using computer software for data entry and document management. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Salary equal with experience.
