If you're within 30 miles of Mountain View, Arkansas (or willing to relocate), we want to hear from you. This role will support our Government Guaranteed Lending team across the bank's footprint. In this specialized role, you'll play a vital part in supporting our Government Guaranteed Lending team by assisting with the origination, processing, documentation, and servicing of SBA, USDA, and other government-guaranteed loan programs. Working closely with lenders, borrowers, and third-party partners, you'll help ensure loans are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with bank policies and government program requirements. Your expertise and attention to detail will contribute directly to helping local businesses, agricultural operations, and communities access the financing they need to grow and succeed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Enters and maintains data on the system for new, renewed, and modified loans Handles ongoing loan requests, including new loans, renewals, modifications, and extensions Works directly with Loan Operations & Loan Officers so that loans are processed accurately and efficiently Works with customers to obtain required loan documentation Clears loan exceptions weekly Gathers documents needed for annual loan reviews Administers and services active loans Assists with the processing of loan payments, payoffs, and advances Maintains a working knowledge of bank loan policy and federal and state banking regulations, as needed The successful candidate will possess at a minimum the following: High School diploma or GED Computer literacy with high proficiency in MS Word and Excel Working knowledge of web-based technology Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing Strong organizational skills Detail-oriented Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Service-oriented skill set The following are preferred, but not required: College degree in related field(s) Prior experience in loan operations, loan processing, or credit administration for a bank or credit union Why You'll Love Working with
